Heat water to 205°F (96°C). Place a paper filter in the V60 and rinse with hot water to remove paper taste. Discard rinse water.
Grind 22g of coffee to a medium-fine consistency (similar to table salt). Add grounds to the filter and create a small well in the center.
Pour 40g of water (2x coffee weight) in a spiral motion. Wait 30–45 seconds for the coffee to bloom and release CO₂.
Pour remaining water to 360g total in slow, concentric circles. Maintain a steady stream and keep water level consistent.
Allow water to fully drain through (2:30–3:00 total brew time). Remove dripper and enjoy your bright, clean cup immediately.
